The Learner Credential Wallet (LCW) is a mobile app developed by the Digital Credentials Commons (DCC) for claiming, storing, and privately sharing digitally signed credentials and badges. Formally the Digital Credentials Consortium, the DCC was funded by a 2020 U.S. Department of Education grant to develop an open source, free-to-use reference implementation that demonstrates VC ecosystem functionality.
